En fonction de sa personnalit\u00e9 et de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la situation, l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 du stress va varier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces situations d\u2019urgence d\u00e9clenchent alors de&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9actions physiques et physiologiques<\/strong>&nbsp;(troubles digestifs, maux de t\u00eate, perte d\u2019app\u00e9tit, tensions musculaires\u2026) de l&rsquo;organisme, le plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, sur une courte dur\u00e9e.
